💧

Reduce Non-Revenue Water

Track IWA water balance per DMA. Identify abnormal Minimum Night Flow between 2–4 AM. Monitor Infrastructure Leakage Index against IWA benchmarks.

🧪

Ensure Drinking Water Compliance

Continuous monitoring of chlorine residual (0.2–0.5 mg/L), turbidity (<0.5 NTU), and pH (6.5–8.5) — aligned with WHO guidelines. Instant alerts when parameters drift.

⏱️

Shorten Incident Response

From pressure drop detection to field crew dispatch in minutes. Every alert auto-generates a ticket with device, zone, severity and historical context.

Built for Water Operations

📊

Pressure & Flow Monitoring

Live pressure and flow across your distribution mains. Adaptive resolution — per-minute for today, hourly for last week, daily for long-term trends.

🧪

Water Quality Analytics

Chlorine, turbidity, pH, and temperature monitoring at every critical point. Real-time compliance status against WHO thresholds.

🏗️

Reservoir & Tank Levels

Real-time fill levels with configurable min/max thresholds. Automatic alerts before overflow or dry-run conditions occur.

💧

Water Balance & MNF

Automated IWA water balance calculations per DMA. Continuous tracking of Minimum Night Flow (2-4 AM) with statistical trend analysis to detect hidden leaks early.

Water Platform FAQ

How do you calculate Non-Revenue Water (NRW)? +

We strictly follow the International Water Association (IWA) water balance methodology. The platform automatically calculates system input volume minus billed authorized consumption (imported from your billing system) to determine real and apparent losses per District Metered Area (DMA).

Do you track Minimum Night Flow (MNF)? +

Yes. KonduitData automatically isolates flow data between 02:00 and 04:00 AM (local time). It establishes a baseline for each DMA and triggers an alert if the moving average deviates significantly, indicating a new hidden leak before it surfaces.

Are water quality thresholds configurable? +

Absolutely. While we provide default thresholds based on WHO guidelines (e.g., Chlorine < 0.2 mg/L or Turbidity > 1.0 NTU), your Operations Manager can configure custom alert limits per sensor or per zone to match local regulatory requirements.

From Sensor to Action

Connect Any Sensor

Integrate meters and sensors from any vendor. KonduitData normalizes all data into a unified format — no lock-in, no custom connectors.

Organize by DMA

Group assets into District Metered Areas with hydraulic boundaries. Set NRW targets and monitor inflow vs. consumption per zone.

Set Compliance Thresholds

Define alert rules per zone, per device, per measurement type — chlorine limits, pressure minimums, tank levels. No coding required.

Act from One Dashboard

Live KPIs, active alerts, network map — all in one place. From detection to field crew assignment in minutes.
